Professor Ginny Barbour says she wants to eventually unlock all the MJA's content before her tenure is up
In January, Professor Ginny Barbour will take the helm at the country’s leading peer-reviewed medical journal as its new editor-in-chief.
Taking over from Professor Nick Talley, who will stay on as emeritus editor-in-chief, Professor Barbour will embark on the ambitious mission of making the Medical Journal of Australia (MJA) fully open access by 2026.
She recently spoke with AusDoc.
