Australian Doctor Group Terms and Conditions – Game of Chance

Information on how to enter forms part of the terms and conditions of entry. Participation in the competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- WIN 1 of 20 AusDoc smart e-gift card per 3-months with a total prize value of $1,000
- AusDoc smart e-gift cards includes:
- 10 x $25 AusDoc smart e-gift cards for eligible Silver Ranked users (valued $250)
- 5 x $50 AusDoc smart e-gift cards for eligible Gold Ranked users (valued $250)
- 5 x $100 AusDoc smart e-gift cards for eligible Platinum Ranked users (valued $500)
- WIN 1 of 20 AusDoc smart e-gift cards every 3-month, with initial commencement from Saturday, 1st of July 2023 at 10:00am and ends on Saturday, 30th of September 2023 at 11:59pm. This schedule will continue indefinitely using a cadence of 3-months, restarting and resuming for the duration of the 3-month period.
- Total prize pool $1,000 per 3-months.
- To enter the prize draw to WIN 1 of 20 AusDoc smart e-gift cards totalling a value of $1,000 per 3-months:
- Earn points by visiting and completing the pre-defined activities on the AusDoc platform during each 3-month competition period.
- Additionally, during each 3-month competition period, users can earn badges and bonus points by completing pre-defined activities and reaching pre-defined milestones.
- As users accumulate points and bonus points during the 3-month competition period, they will earn ranks accordingly, with four ranks available: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Users who achieve a rank higher than Bronze will be automatically entered into an individual prize draw for their respective rank at the end of the 3-month competition period.
- Users will begin or reset their rank every three months, starting at the Bronze rank with 0-1,000 points. They will then progress to the Silver rank with 1,001-2,499 points, followed by the Gold rank with 2,500-5,000 points, and finally the Platinum rank with 5,001 or more points.
All times mentioned in this document are in the local time of Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. The promotion will begin on Saturday, 1st of July 2023 at 10:00am and ends on Saturday, 30th of September 2023 at 11:59pm. Once the initial 3-month period ends, the competition will automatically restart on Sunday, October 1st, 2023, at 10:00 am for another 3-month period, and will continue to repeat indefinitely.
Entry is open to all healthcare practitioners with a valid AHPRA number, who are registered users of AusDoc (ausdoc.com.au) and are Australian residents. Australian Doctor Group reserves the right to request proof of identity, registration and current place of work.
Australian Doctor Group employees (and their families) plus contributors are not eligible to enter. Persons under the age of 18 years are not permitted to enter.
Entry is limited to one entry per user (prize draw).
The Promoter is not responsible for any lost, late or misdirected entries. The time of entry will be deemed to be the time the user has completed their first pre-determined activity that generates and delivers points.
The result of the prize draws is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. There will be one (1) prize draw for each competition by rank, therefore there will be three (3) prize draws. The prize draws for each competition rank have different values. The Silver rank prize draw is valued at $25, the Gold rank prize draw is valued at $50, and the Platinum rank prize draw is valued at $100. All prizes are awarded per 3-month competition period. The prize draws for each competition will occur at 11:00 am on the first Tuesday of the week following the end of the 3-month period. The draws will take place at Level 12, 117 York Street, Sydney, 2000.
The prizes are AusDoc smart e-gift cards and are supplied and facilitated by Prezze Pty Ltd. Prizes will be awarded to the person named in the entry. Prizes cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash. On issuance, AusDoc smart e-gift cards are valid for 36-months (3 years) expiry date for users to exchange retailer gift cards of their choice. Once the new retailer gift card(s) has been selected new expiry data will be set and terms and conditions apply to the specific retailer gift card chosen.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize.
Winners will receive direct email notification within 2 weeks of the draw, as well as notifications through the Promoters newsletters within the same 2 week period. In addition, up to 5 news feed posts will be published on the Promoter’s website at https://www.ausdoc.com.au to announce the winners within the 2 week notification period.
In the event that an entrant is unable to meet the terms and conditions of the promotion, fails to claim a prize, or chooses to forfeit it, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw. If any prizes remain unclaimed by 11:59 pm on Thursday, September 14th, 2023, a redraw will take place at 11:00 am on Friday, September 15th, 2023, at Level 12, 117 York Street, Sydney, 2000, subject to applicable laws. Winners determined in accordance with this provision will be notified directly via email on Friday, September 15th, 2023.
Subject to complying with all relevant State and Territory legislation, the Promoter reserves the right to change, cancel or suspend the competition if an event beyond the control of the publisher corrupts or affects the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the competition.
Any entrant who has tampered with the entry process or any other aspect of this competition will be disqualified.
The Promoter and its associates assume no responsibility for any error or delay related to the competition.
Any entrant found to be using any automated means whatsoever to submit multiple entries will be disqualified.
If the prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter has the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value, subject to State and Territory legislation.
The publisher does not exclude any rights and remedies in respect of goods or services under the Australian Consumer Law in the Competition and Consumer Act (2010) (Australian Consumer Law) which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified. However, the remainder of this clause will apply to the fullest extent permitted by law and the publisher will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize/s.
All entries become the property of the Promoter. As a condition of entering this competition you acknowledge that the Australian Doctor Group may contact you via email with information that may be relevant to you and your industry.
