We are facing a lethal and unpredictable enemy that is impossible to completely eradicate, which means that most of us will, at some point, be infected with COVID-19.

We need a plan where lives will not be lost due to a lack of critical care facilities and everyone can be confident of an ICU bed if they need it. Yet, that plan has to save the economy and our way of life too.
