With COVID-19 rampant in the community, alongside all the other diseases that GPs manage, we are truly under the pump. 

We are not the only ones in the health sector feeling the pressure, I know that.

But most days of our working lives, we deal with the consequences that result from the profound lack of insight by non-GP specialists, by allied health practitioners, by administrators into the way GP land operates.
