I’ll start with a quote which offers some wise advice for those of us being mauled by political ignorance, stupidity and self-interest.

Never has general practice been subjected to more suckage than at the present. Every day I have to tell myself repeatedly: “Calm down. You love your job. Just try to focus on that.”

To keep going, I think it is very important to let out all our negative feelings about the “peripheral distractions” of general practice (such as CPD).
