No complacency: Here’s a plan for GPs to protect their patients from COVID-19
I know we’re all bored of having the coronavirus conversation, but the reality is COVID-19 is here to stay.
I want to stress that failure to acknowledge this poses a genuine risk of the virus claiming lives on a scale reminiscent of the past, especially among the at-risk population.
The belief that COVID-19 will vanish is a fallacy.
Historically, we’ve only eradicated one pathogen — smallpox.
