These are the 6 levels of coronavirus
Since each level has its own set of symptoms doctors can identify who is most at risk of hospitalisation, say UK researchers
UK researchers analysing data from a widely-used coronavirus symptom-tracking app have found there are six distinct types of the disease, each distinguished by a cluster of symptoms.
The team at King’s College London also report that the six types correlate with levels of severity of infection, and with the likelihood of a patient needing breathing assistance if they are hospitalised.
