Myxoid leiomyoma, a large mass with several separated cream-coloured whorling areas with haemorrhage and significant myxoid changes.

A 36-year-old who presented after a month of left flank pain turned out to be carrying a 5kg myxoid ovarian leiomyoma.

The patient presented to doctors in Iran with her progressively worsening flank pain, which had radiated to the left lower quadrant and left inguinal region.
