After a dinner table conversation one night with my son, Jonathon Alderman (a young man with some computer coding skills and an interest in social justice), we resolved to create a medical word game based on Wordle.

We called it Meddle.

The idea was to donate the proceeds of our venture to a WHO-linked GoFundMe page to support COVID-19 vaccination in developing countries.

With the help of the University of SA, the game achieved a lot of publicity in Australian medical and lay media.
