Masks now mandatory in all South Australian general practices
Imposed under the state's emergency powers, individuals face a $20,000 fine for breaching the order
GPs and their patients will have to wear face masks during consultations under emergency orders in South Australia that came into force on Tuesday.
It is the first time health officials have demanded the use of masks in GP clinics outside of Victoria’s community-wide mask mandate.
