The Tasmanian Government is refusing to implement a federal plan to let pharmacists sell vapes without a GP script, claiming it will turn pharmacies into “vape shops” with limited clinical oversight.
In June this year, the Federal Government was forced to deal with the Greens and compromise on vaping legislation, making them available in pharmacies without a script from October.
