Israeli military enter Al Shifa Hospital as WHO condemns incursion
The Israeli military says incubators brought by defence force tanks had reached the hospital.
The Israeli military claims its troops have found an operational command centre and assets belonging to Hamas militants at Al Shifa Hospital.
The biggest hospital in Gaza City, Al Shifa has become the main target of the incursion into the territory by Israeli forces, who claim the “beating heart” of the Hamas fighters’ operations is headquartered in tunnels beneath it — a claim Hamas denies.
