BMJ retracts papers by Aus concussion researcher who ‘broke its trust’
The BMJ has retracted a further nine articles by a high-profile Australian neurologist and concussion researcher, saying its trust in his work has been “broken”.
The publisher started investigating Associate Professor Paul McCrory earlier this year after revelations he had plagiarised another researcher’s work in a 2005 editorial while editor-in-chief of the British Journal of Sports Medicine, one of the BMJ’s journals.
