HCCC refuses to back down after warning GP for ‘inappropriate’ media comments
The NSW watchdog says Dr Simon Holliday made offensive assumptions about patients
The NSW Health Care Complaints Commission is refusing to back down after issuing an official warning to a GP who spoke out against anti-vax misinformation, claiming he made “offensive assumptions” about patients.
The watchdog was criticised over its handling of an anonymous complaint against Dr Simon Holliday who had been interviewed by his local paper, the Manning River Times.
