GPs with extra training will be able to diagnose ADHD and initiate medication for adults and children aged 10 and above if the WA Government is re-elected next month.

The training will involve a 13-hour online course and monthly case reviews with a psychiatrist or paediatrician for six months, WA Minister for Health Amber-Jade Sanderson said on Friday.
