Psychiatrist mass exodus continues with ‘urgent’ arbitration hearing to fix crisis now eight weeks away
The Industrial Relations Commission of NSW is expected to hand down a decision soon after the hearing.
The dispute between public psychiatrists and the NSW Government remains unresolved, with an “urgent” five-day arbitration hearing set for 17 March.
Mental health minister Rose Jackson said she was confident that the government could run the system in the short, medium and long term.
