The federal AMA kicked out its 5000 WA members in February amid a bitter row over subscription fees.
Five thousand doctors in WA who were booted out of the federal AMA are expected to be welcomed back into the fold in the coming weeks.
It follows an in-principal agreement between the federal AMA and AMA WA after they fell out over the subscription fees that the state organisation was collecting to fund the lobby group’s activities in Canberra.
