Fake TikTok doctor donned scrubs to deliver health messages: AHPRA
The 30-year-old appeared in court over more than 80 social media posts and emails indicating she was a doctor.
A woman who donned scrubs and a stethoscope to pose as a doctor on social media and dispense health advice has been penalised with a two-year good behaviour order.
Dalya Karezi uploaded 56 videos to her TikTok account during pandemic lockdowns under the username ‘dr.dalya.s’ and another 28 posts on Instagram, where her profile called her ‘Dalya [stethoscope emoji] MD Doctor’.
