Emergency doctors at two major hospitals are pushing for the suspension of a new clinical record system two months after its rollout, saying the software makes it hard to find out who needs to be seen or where the sickest patients are located.

The NT government spent $259 million developing and rolling out Acacia, a patient clinical record and administration system that was meant to replace multiple legacy programs across its hospitals.
