‘No future for me here’: Dr Charlie Teo says move to China beckons

Dr Charlie Teo says he cannot afford to appeal tribunal findings of unsatisfactory professional conduct and has “no choice” but to consider job offers from three Chinese hospitals.

The high-profile neurosurgeon was hit with strict conditions last week, including that another surgeon give approval before he operates on recurrent intracranial malignancies or brainstem tumours, over his care of two patients.
