Doctor training to help tackle doubling of syphilis cases

NSW has unveiled a plan to tackle a steep rise in syphilis infections, including more training for doctors and expanded testing capacities. 

Syphilis infections have doubled in the state over the past five years and NSW Health aims to clamp down on STIs with boosted prevention, testing and treatment while lifting equitable access to health services.
