A nurse who attended a surprise baby shower thrown for him at an aged care facility during a COVID-19 lockdown has been suspended for a month for failing to break up the party before he left.
Denis Baniqued was unaware that staff at the Epping Gardens Aged Care Facility had arranged the celebration for him and his wife, a celebration that took place on 16 July 2020 in the early days of Victoria’s lockdowns.
