1 in 5 women conceive naturally after IVF pregnancy, doctors find
UK doctors say their results show that the conversation around IVF needs to change.
When Dr Shema Tariq, a sexual health doctor in London, was diagnosed with low ovarian reserve, she was told that her chances of conceiving without IVF were almost nil.
“It took six rounds of IVF to conceive our son, who was born in 2018,” she said.
