The Lakeside Medical Practice is a busy family practice, well established since 1997, with a large, three generations of loyal patient base. It has a purpose-built building (8 consulting rooms, a treatment room, back office and amenities) and with ample parking at the door. All rooms are well equipped. The current team consists of three full time doctors, one part time doctor, two Practice Nurses, a Midwife for antenatal care, and Allied Health professionals - a Dietician, a psychologist, and a podiatrist. We also have an efficient and friendly team of support staff. The practice is recently AGPAL accredited, renewed recently. Set up for Mixed billing.

There is also an onsite Pathology collection service. There is an imaging centre, a pharmacy, a dental and other health care professionals in the neighbourhood.

We are looking for two General Practitioners to join our team to fully service our patients.

The practice is in a DPA/MM1 area, a short drive south of Wollongong. Wollongong is a scenic beach side city with good schools, shopping, and other amenities for perfect lifestyle to settle down. Sydney is just an hour away.

We offer a very competitive take home pay, up to 80% of billing for direct applicants with VR status and working more than 4 days a week.

We will consider Relocation expenses and a minimum guaranteed pay during initial weeks.

We will consider Non-VR/PESCI (Level 3 and 4 only) applicants. We have doctors with over 20 years RACGP qualifications for supervision.

Percentage of pay will be slightly reduced for part time candidates and applicants through agencies, and supervised practitioners.
