About the role

Ochre Health Group is seeking an experienced and passionate General Practitioner to join our team in Casey, ACT. This is a full-time permanent role with a $25,000 sign-on bonus on offer. As a Vocationally Registered (VR) General Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, comprehensive primary care to our patients.

What you'll be doing

• Conduct comprehensive medical assessments and examinations of patients of all ages
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions and illnesses
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans in collaboration with patients
• Coordinate and manage patient care, including referrals to specialists and allied health professionals
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records and documentation
• Actively participate in the practice's continuous quality improvement initiatives
• Contribute to the practice's overall success and growth

What we're looking for

• Fully registered and qualified as a VR General Practitioner in Australia
• Minimum of 3 years' post-fellowship experience in general practice
• Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of primary care best practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients
• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centred care
• Adaptability and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Passion for continuous learning and professional development
