RFDS WA is looking for an experienced GP, who will provide clinical leadership for the RFDS General Practice Clinic in Kalgoorlie-Boulder, Western Australia.

An initiative of the RFDS WA Strategy is the establishment of an inaugural RFDS General Practice Clinic in Kalgoorlie, partnered with the Kalgoorlie Campus of the Curtin Goldfields University Department of Rural Health (GUDRH)
Highly Competitive Annual Salary Package: Base Salary $365,000- $380,000 per annum, with the following Benefits and Allowances in addition:
Total Package: Up to approximately $527,210.44 + relocation.
The role is a permanent full-time position, based in Kalgoorlie, Western Australia. With relocation support, access to salary packaging, incentive opportunities, retention bonus.

- Provide clinical care to patients
- Support the delivery of and commitment to quality, patient outcome-focused care working closely with the Practice Manager and Lead Practice Nurse
- Oversee the recruitment and training of all clinical employees and students
- Provide clinical leadership and support to the General Practitioners, Primary Health Care Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, Allied Health Practitioners and Students where applicable
Highly Competitive Annual Salary Package: Base Salary $365,000- $380,000 per annum, with the following Benefits and Allowances in addition:
- 5 Weeks Paid Annual Leave
- Senior Medical Practitioner Allowance: $14,563.34
- Professional Development Allowance up to $36,797 per annum
- Fully Subsidised Housing and Utilities: $50,862
- Motor Vehicle (provided or allowance, dependent on circumstances): $12,869
- Medical Indemnity Insurance $1,400
- Life Insurance $719.10
- Superannuation currently $30,000 (capped as per ATO guidelines)
